运动,活性氧与阿尔茨海默病

摘    要:对近些年来关于ROS在AD发生发展中的机理进行分析,探讨运动预防及延缓AD发生的机制;活性氧(reac-tive oxygen species,ROS)在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer s disease,AD)中的作用机理以及运动对活性氧诱导的阿尔茨海默病的影响。结果表明:AD的发生发展与活性氧密切相关,活性氧参与AD病理性特征的老年斑和神经纤维缠结形成,并且促进神经元死亡。运动作为干预条件可以有效地预防和延缓活性氧诱导的AD症。活性氧对AD的发生起重要作用,运动可预防和延缓AD的发生。

Abstract:The paper aims to investigate the role of oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease and to study the effect of exercise on preventing and treating this disease.Method: to analyze the studies about the evidence and possible mechanism about the oxidative stress involved in Alzheimer disease.Result: Oxidative stress is involved in all the three pathological features of AD,Senile plaques,neurofibrillary tangles and neuronal death while exercise can act as a therapy to prevent and postpone the invasion of AD.Conclusion:Oxidative damage plays an important role in the attack of AD,while exercise can prevent and postpone the attack of this disease.
