| 摘 要： | 产业发展与安全是一国经济快速、平稳发展的基本前提,它对一国经济发展有着极为重大的意义。我国已进入入世“后过渡期”,相应地,此一期间我国产业发展与安全形势,包括面临的问题和适宜采取的应对措施也必将发生许多变化。本文在分析我国入世后过渡期内经济发展可能面临的严峻形势与挑战的基础上,重点阐述了在此期间我国产业发展与安全保护将要面临的一些主要问题,同时从多方面提出了应对这些问题的基本策略。

| Abstract: | Industrial development and safety is a basic precondition of the rapid and stable development of a country's economy and is of extreme importance to a country's development.Our country has entered the post-transitional period after its accession into WTO and correspondingly,in this period our industrial development and safety situation including the problems we face and responses we have to make are bound to change.Based on the analysis of the grim situation and challenges,China will face in the post-transitional period after China joined WTO.This article focuses on the problems concerning our industrial development and its safety and meanwhile puts forward the basic strategies of tackling these problems. |
