摘    要:打造强有力的高校教学管理执行力,是高校创新教学管理、全面提高教育教学质量的重要途径之一。而提出和建立一个科学合理的执行力评价体系,通过评价指标体系观测细节设计,直观地反映出高等学校中各层次教学管理执行力水平,通过评价及时发现影响执行力的环节和因素,并及时调控,则可以达到以不断提高教学管理执行力来促进人才培养质量提升的目的。本文在简要阐述高校教学管理执行力评价体系设计的基本思想的基础上,重点提出了一个比较通用的评价指标体系框架,以及相应的调控策略和具体方法。

Abstract:Forging powerful teaching management execution of colleges and universities is an important way of realizing innovative teaching management and the comprehensive improvement of education quality.So proposing and establishing a scientific and reasonable execution evaluation system,observing detailed design through this system can intuitively reflect the level of the teaching management execution of all the administrative levels.The factors affecting the execution power can also be found in time.Thus the timely regulations and control may help realize the aim of improving the talents’ quality.This paper focuses on proposing a universal evaluation index system framework as well as the corresponding regulation strategies and concrete ways on the basis of the brief introduction to the basic idea of the design of the teaching management execution evaluation system in colleges and universities.
