摘    要:每个人都具有优秀的潜能 ,这是现代人本主义教育思想的一块基石。教育潜能具有潜在性、极限性、差异性、转化的动态性特点。教育潜能可分为体能和智能。后天教育潜能是可以丧失和恢复的。认知教育潜能具有现实意义 :正确认识教育手段在成才中的地位 ;正确认识考试在选拔人才中的作用 ;对极限体育的指导 ;对因材施教的指导

Abstract:Everyone has excellent potentiality which is a cornerstone of modern humanism education thought.Educationd potentiality has such characteristics as potentiality,limitation,differences and transformation dynamics.Educational potentiality falls into two types:physical and intellectual power.Postnatal educational potentiality can be lost and recovered.Cognitive educational potentiality is of great realistic significance:having a correct understanding of the position of educational method in the growth and the function of examination in selecting personnel;instruction on limit sports and on teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.
