| 摘 要： | 中国社会正处在前所未有的结构性转型和全面性革命时期,经济、政治、文化的变动所引起的冲击和震荡,新旧矛盾相互交织、社会冲突日趋激烈所带来的社会不稳定因素急剧增多。化解这些压力和挑战,维护社会的和谐稳定,成为中国社会转型时期的重大政治任务。进入新世纪以来,新一届中央领导集体努力探索转型时期维护社会稳定的现实路径,在维护和保持社会稳定的思想基础、基本前提、执政箴言、政治基础、现实根基、根本途径和根本方略等方面取得了成功的进展,这些在实践中所形成和建立起来的成功做法主要有:1.始终以"三个代表"重要思想作为转型时期维护和保持社会稳定的根本指针;2.始终把稳定压倒一切的方针作为转型时期维护和保持社会稳定的基本前提;3.始终把强烈的忧患意识作为转型时期维护和保持社会稳定的执政箴言;4.始终把求真务实作为转型时期维护和保持社会稳定的政治基础;5.始终把社会主义新农村建设作为转型时期维护和保持社会稳定的现实根基;6.始终以科学发展观作为转型时期维护和保持社会稳定的最根本途径;7.始终把强化党的社会利益整合功能作为维护和保持转型时期社会稳定的根本方略。这对于维护社会稳定和顺利推进中国特色的社会主义建设具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The Chinese society is occupying unprecedented constitutive reforming and the integrity revolution time.There are the impact and the shake which the economical,political and the cultural changes cause,the new and the old interwoven with each other,the social unstable factors which the social conflict brings,alleviating these pressures and the challenge,maintaining social harmony becomes the Chinese significant political task.Since the entering of the new century,the new collective central leaders have diligently explored the realistic way maintaining social stability in the maintenance of social stability.The social stability and advances the China special socialist construction regarding maintenance to have importantly smoothly presently is sincere.It has important realistic meaning in maintaining social stability and promoting the socialist construction with China color. |
