| 摘 要： | 首先,借助价值链理论,分析了企业竞争力与企业专利之间的密切关系;然后,通过数据分析了黄石企业在三种专利申请上的现状以及与部分其他城市企业的差距;最后,针对黄石企业在技术创新方面的问题,指出黄石企业提高自己市场竞争力的关键是提高认识,转变观念,从政策和资金上鼓励科技人员大力开展发明创造活动。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the relationship between patent and the competitiveness of enterprises by applying value chain theory,and then analyses the situation of the enterprises’ patent application in Huangshi with the data obtained from China National Patent Database and the gap between the enterprises in Huangshi and the enterprises in other cities in China.
