| 摘 要： | 通过构建国家知识竞争力评价指标体系,运用竞赛图方法对2000-2006年中、美、日、德、法、英、意、韩等8个国家的知识竞争力进行评价,并对8个国家的知识竞争力格局的演变进行分析,主要得出以下结论:美国和日本分居第一、第二的知识竞争力地位已经稳固,德、法、英、韩等4个国家的知识竞争力处于激烈竞争状态,而意大利和中国则处于弱势,其中,在2003年后中国赶超意大利居于第7位。

| Abstract: | Based on construction of appraisal index system of national knowledge competence,knowledge competence of eight countries including China,America,Japan,Germany,France,England,Italy and Korea from 2000 to 2006 are evaluated by tournament graph algorithm,and their situation evolvement is analyzed.Some conclusions are drawn mainly as follows: knowledge competence of America and Japan are first and second respectively and their status are steady;and knowledge competence of Germany,France,England,Korea compete dr... |
