| Abstract: | The key framework stipulations regarding criminal case re- trial procedures in France, Germany and Japan were very similar or even identical and present the common aspects and characteristics of the continental law system. They are worth exploration and can be used for reference when reform of criminal case re- trial system is about to take place in China. |
