| Abstract: | In testing candidates' levels of the common spoken Chinese, the tester's competence, power limitation, features of thinking and consciousness of sound discrimination are factors that directly influence the accuracy, fairness and authority of the testing work. It is therefore necessary to have a research team to commit themselves to the working out of scientific theories and manipulations for the testing. |
