| Abstract: | The paper describes the situation of guarantee system construction of foreign books for social sciences and humanities in the universities in China, compares the collection of foreign books in the university libraries in China and overseas published between 1950 and 2007, analyzes the existing problems of guarantee system construction of foreign books for social sciences and humanities in the universities in China, and then puts forward countermeasures to guarantee system construction of foreign books from the aspects of arts special fund regulation, coordination construction and lack collection development of foreign books, and not-universal language books collection development. |
