| Abstract: | By reviewing 10 years of the development of educational reform in basic writing,they find that integrating the idea of ＂developing school by art＂ into the teaching is the most prominent characteristic of its reform and one of the key factors in its success. The exploration and practice of the reform has yielded substantial results and obtained the full affirmation of the experts from the Ministry of Education. |
