| 摘 要： | 在界定产业集群与技术集群概念的基础上，从集群主体、方式、形成、运行等方面分析了产业集群与技术集群的区别；重点研究了产业集群与技术集群相互作用的条件、机制、过程和意义，提出产业集群与技术集群四种相互作用方式，探讨了产业集群和技术集群的关联性对我国产业发展的现实意义。

| Abstract: | On the basis of defining the concept of industrial cluster and technological cluster, the paper analyzes the difference between industrial cluster and technological cluster from the respects of cluster's subject, way, forming, operating etc., and especially focuses on the condition, mechanism, course and meaning of industrial cluster and technological cluster. The article proposes four kinds of reciprocity ways of industrial cluster and technological cluster and discusses the practical significance for industrial development in our country of the relevance between industrial cluster and technological cluster. |
