| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的进步，尤其是信息网络技术的飞速发展，互联网正在全方位地改变着人们的思想观念和行为方式，对高校的科研管理工作也产生重要的影响。具体体现在3个方面：(1)对科研项目管理的影响；(2)对科技成果统计的影响；(3)对科技成果推广的影响。

| Abstract: | With the advancement of science and technology, in particular, with the rapid development of information network technology, internet has been transfonning people's ideas and ways of behaviors in all the fields. It has greatly influenced the management of scientific research work in universities, too, which embodies in 3 ways: (1) the influence on the scientific projects; (2) the influence on the statistics of achievements of science and technology; (3) the influence on the spreading of achievements of science and technology. |
