| 摘 要： | 保障标准的科学合理性直接决定着农村最低生活保障制度的建立与完善,因此,如何制定科学的标准成为一项重大课题。本文借鉴前人经验,从制定保障标准应考虑的因素以及如何科学制定标准等方面提出了自己的看法。
