| 摘 要： | 网络危机信息具有隐蔽程度高、获取渠道分散、积聚性、难辩识等特点,直接影响了企业危机预警的效果与危机决策。尽管可用的情报方法很多,但内容分析法作为一种客观的、结合定量与定性的情报方法在发现关键危机信息、预测危机发生、建立企业危机信息预警指标体系,完善企业危机预警过程方面具有独特的作用。内容分析法在政策预警、企业外部经济环境预警和竞争对手监测等方面的应用能提升企业在复杂的网络传播环境下的预警绩效和预控能力。

| Abstract: | The network crisis infomation have the characteristics of high degree of hiding, dispersion source, gathering and difficult to identify. It directly influenced the effect and crisis decision of enterprise crisis warning. Though the available method is a lot, but the content analysis method, as the objective method, has the specific function in discovering key crisis information, forecasting crisis occurrence, setting up enterprises crisis information warning system, perfecting the process of enterprise crisis warning. |
