| 摘 要： | 伴随着每年外商直接投资的迅速增加,我国资本外逃现象也非常严重,这对我国的经济发展造成了很大的负面影响。本文利用多种方法测算了中国1985-2003的资本外逃规模,在此基础上探讨了中国资本外逃的原因,并给出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid increase in foreign direct investment(FDI) every year, the phenomenon of capital flight in China is very serious which has a considerably negative influence on our economy.By using several methods,this article estimates the scales of capital flight from 1985 to 200 in China.On this basis,it discusses the reasons for capital flight in China and finally puts forward some countermeasures. |
