| 摘 要： | 本文作者在对黄冈职院06级部分学生进行理想信念状况调查的基础上，结合自己多年辅导员工作实践，提出了对高职学生进行理想信念教育的重要性和紧迫性，强调辅导员在高职学生理想信念教育中的重要作用，并对辅导员如何做好高职学生理想信念工作作了有益的探索和阐述。
