| 摘 要： | 通过多种形式的体育产业资本市场融资以扩张规模,整合资源,已成为我国体育产业进一步发展的必由之路,它为市场经济条件下社会主义体育事业发展提供了强大的经济驱动动力。运用文献资料法、专家访谈、资本投融资理论等方法,在分析我国体育产业资本市场融资价值的基础上,探讨了发展我国体育产业资本市场融资的战略意义及实现体育产业资本市场融资发展战略的动力因素,提出了发展我国体育产业资本市场融资的战略目标和对策,旨在探寻一条既符合中国国情又与国际惯例接轨的体育产业资本市场融资发展战略模式,以推动我国体育产业资本市场的发展。

| Abstract: | Expanding the scale through many kinds of form's sports industrial capital market financing,the conformity resources has become the way Chinese sports industry follows.It has provided the formidable economical actuation power for sport industry under the socialist market economy condition.By literature,expert interview,capital financing theory and so on,it analyzes Chinese sports industrial capital market financing value in the foundation,discusses the sports industrial capital market financing strategic sense and realizes the power of financing development strategy of the sports industrial capital market,and proposes developed the sports industrial capital market financing strategic target and countermeasures.The purpose is to inquire a sports industrial capital market financing development strategy pattern both corresponding with Chinese condition and the international convention trail connection,impelling the sports industrial capital market. |
