| 摘 要： | 从当前民办高职院校艺术教育师资队伍的现状入手,分析民办高职院校艺术教育师资队伍存在的问题,结合我国高等教育的实际情况及高职院校艺术类人才培养的要求和趋势,提出构建民办高职院校高素质艺术教育师资队伍的对策和思路,以期提高民办高职院校的教育教学质量。
