| 摘 要： | 小城镇可持续发展模式的选择应遵循分阶段、多元化与综合发展；资源优势、产业优势与经济优势相结合；转变发展方式、走内涵式城镇发展之路；保护生态环境、促进城镇可持续发展等原则。针对内蒙各地区的经济特色与发展潜能，小城镇可持续发展模式包括工矿主导型、加工主导型、农业基础型、商贸中心型、交通枢纽型、旅游开发型、城郊服务型及综合发展型等多种模式。

| Abstract: | The choice of the mode for sustained development of little cities and towns should follow the following principles, that is, little cities and towns should be develeped step by step, pluralistically and comprehensively by combining resources superiority, industry superiority and economy superiority. Little cities and towns should change their developing ways, taking the connotation-type road of the development of cities and towns. Little cities and towns should safeguard the ecological environment and promote the sustained development of cities and towns. To counter the economic features and the developing potencialities of all regions of Inner Mongolia, the mode for sustained development of little cities and towns should include many models, such as industry and mine dominant model; processing dominant model; agriculture foundation model; business and trade centre model; hubs of communication; tourism developing model; outskirts of cities service model and comprehensive developing model, etc. |
