企业知识管理能力的模糊综合评价

摘    要:知识管理能力与企业竞争力之间的正相关关系已得到学术界的论证,为了提升企业的竞争力,评估企业的知识管理能力现状很有必要.考虑目前知识管理能力评价研究较少,指标体系构建存在不足,在分析知识管理能力内涵的基础上,构建了评价指标体系,建立了模糊综合评估模型,通过企业实例描述评估过程,旨在帮助企业发现自身不足,为企业加强知识管理提供参考.

Abstract:The positive relationship between enterprise KM capability and enterprise competitiveness has been proved by academe, in order to improve enterprise competitiveness, evaluating the present situation of enterprise KM capability is quite necessary. Considering the current research on evaluation of enterprise KM capability is less and the index system is not perfect, based on the analysis on the connotation of KM capability, the paper establishes index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, at last, case is applied to describe the evaluation process. The main purpose is to help enterprises find out their imperfectness and provide them reference for improving knowledge management.
