| 摘 要： | 高职院学生与本科院校学生相比,在心理、思想意识、文化素养等方面难免存在差异,因此,其受主观意识支配的外部行为表现必然也与普通高校学生存在或多或少的区别,这就决定了我们有必要把高职院校学生伤害事故从高校学生伤害事故中独立出来加以研究。

| Abstract: | Vactional students' mentality,ideology,cultural acompliishment are different from the undergraduates',and their behaves which are based on it are different from the undergraduates',therefore,it is neccesary to probe into the difference between injury accident from different kind of school.This theory will probe into the causes of Students Injury Accident,its legal responsibility type,principles of Responsibilities. |
