| 摘 要： | 学校法制教育具有弘扬法治精神、培养法治人才以及预防与减少违法犯罪等重要功能,但当前学校法制教育存在的一些实际问题使其功能不能有效发挥出来。学校教育要适应建立"社会主义法治国家"的要求,就必须从学校教育理论和实践两个层面都高度重视法制教育,包括完善素质教育理论,强化法律素质;建立科学的学校法制教育课程体系;努力探索学校法制教育的有效途径和方法;营造良好的法制教育校园环境。

| Abstract: | Law education has some important functions as promoting law spirits, fostering law talents, preventing and reducing crime. At present, however, its function can not be exerted effectively because of some actual problems in the course of law education on campus. Campus education should adopt to the request that builds up "Socialism Law Country". We should attach great importance to law education from theory to practice. It includes the following aspects: perfecting diathesis education theory; enhancing law culture; building up scientific course system of law education on campus; trying to explore effective means and measures about law education; constructing good campus environment about it. |
