摘    要:河蟹养殖自动作业船在作业过程中,准确估算蓄电池剩余电量是作业状态调整的关键因素之一。单一静态的蓄电池剩余电量估算算法难以满足特定系统下的需求,基于特定应用场合的复合型算法逐渐成为研究主流。以作业船蓄电池剩余电量估算为研究目标,基于二阶 RC 电路模型,结合扩展卡尔曼滤波算法,提出一种基于作业船实时工作特性的蓄电池剩余电量估算策略。通过模拟作业船实时工作条件,验证该算法的可用性。实验结果表明,该算法所获估计值相比理论值的平均误差为 3.35%,能够满足作业船蓄电池剩余电量估算要求,对水产养殖作业船电能管理具有一定现实意义。

Abstract:During the operation of automatic ship for crab farming,the accurate estimation of the battery remaining capacity is one of the key factors for the adjustment of operation state. A single static battery state of charge(SOC)estimation algorithm is difficult to meet the needs of specific systems,and composite algorithms based on specific applications have gradually become the mainstream of research. This paper takes the estimation of the remaining battery capacity of the ship as the research target,based on the second-order RC circuit model,combined with the extended Kalman filter algorithm,proposes an estimation method of the remaining battery capacity based on the real-time operating characteristics of the ship. The availability of the algorithm is verified by simulating the real-time working conditions of the boat. The experimental results show that the average error of the estimated value ocbtained by the algorithm is 3.35% compared with the theoretical value,which can meet the estimation requirements of the remaining battery capacity of the boat,and has certain significance for the power management of automatic crab farming boat.
