| 摘 要： | 通过调查研究、体质测试、数理统计方法,对我国不同年龄段船员的6项形态指标及3项派生指标进行分析。结果表明:我国船员各年龄段的身高变化不大,46岁以前,体重、腰围、臀围、上臂皮褶厚度、背部皮褶厚度及各派生值均呈现出随着年龄增长而增大的趋势,46岁以后,除腰围与上臂皮褶厚度值下降较快外(P<0.5),其余各项指标值均略有下降;船员的BMI、WHR及F%的均值均超过正常范围,提示我国船员的体型偏胖。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the six configuration index and the derived three index of seamen at different ages in China based on the study and constitution measure,it has been shown that statures at all ages have no changes for body weight,waistline,the thickness of skin drape on the upper arm and back increased with the change of age before 46 years old,and decreased after 46 years old short of waistline and the upper arm's thickness of skin drape;the average value of BMI,WHR and F% exceed over the normal range,hinting that the shape of seamen in China is approaching to fat.Advice is given according to the different living style of the seamen based on the analysis above. |
