| 摘 要： | 地方高等院校发展必须立足地方、依托地方、紧密与地方结合才能形成办学特色，才能充分发挥其培养人才、科学研究、服务社会的基本职能。内江师范学院长期以来积极努力实践和探索，在弘扬地方民俗文化、打造城市文化品牌、科学技术服务方面取得了较为显著的成效。进一步解放思想，加强市校合作，创新合作机制和模式，搭建科技信息交流平台，实现互惠共赢将是校地之间未来发展的方向。
