| 摘 要： | 加强和改进大学生思想政治教育是一项重大而紧迫的战略任务，而高职院校的特殊性使高职院校学生的思想政治教育工作开展显得更加必要也更具挑战性。本文试图从高职院校学生的思想现状及思想政治教育工作开展的主要内容，结合笔者工作单位的学生实际情况，探讨开展高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的途径—构建和谐的运行机制。
