运用激励理论提高体育教学效果

摘    要:采用文献资料法,对“激励”和“激励理论”进行简述,在体育教学中运用激励理论可以充分调动学生学习的积极性、增强自信心、强化学习动机、激发学习欲望、促进学生向更高的目标迈进,从而提高教学效果。针对体育教师在教学过程中运用激励理论存在的主要问题,提出正确运用激励的主要措施和方法。

Abstract:The article studies on the encouragement and the theory of encouragement in means of analyzing documents. During the physical teaching, the theory of encouragement could arouse the students' activity, strengthen their confidence, intensify their motivation of studying, encourage them move to higher level and improve the effect of teaching. Aiming at the problems in the physical teachers' teaching, the article will pose the correct measures of encouragement.
