| 摘 要： | 教师资格制度与教师教育制度是国家保证教师队伍质量的基本制度,两者之间有着密切的联系。当今世界各国中两者的关系可粗略地分为替代、分离和混合三种形式;基于我国教师教育发展和改革的现状,目前两种制度之间的关系应采取混合型为宜。教师资格制度的改革与教师教育制度的改革应相互促进。

| Abstract: | The teacher qualification system and the teacher educational system are two essential systems for the state to guarantee teachers' qualities. They both are closely interconnected. Their relation can be roughly divided into three patterns of substitution, separation and blend. In accordance with our country's conditions of teacher education, the current better relation is a pattern of blend. Both of their reforms should help each other forward. |
