| 摘 要： | 体育活动要求运动付出较多的体力，比较容易产生疲劳和厌倦，但是如果对活动本身感兴趣，就会精神饱满，积极热情地投入，并刻苦学习，努力进取，从分析学生厌学的原因入手，总结和分析了提高学生体育兴趣的方法和措施。
