| 摘 要： | 从管理学的角度，对高校心理健康教育的诸多途径、方式及方法加以整合，合理建构高校心理健康教育的组织管理机制，可以使心理健康教育的各种力量既相互分工，又密切配合，从而全面发挥高校心理健康教育的矫治、预防和发展功能。

| Abstract: | In order to constitute a reasonable organizing and managing system of the psychological health education in colleges and universities, we should integrate the channels and methods of this education from the side of the science of management. On this basis, we can achieve proper divisions of labors as well as a close cooperation among all sorts of strengths in this education. Thus, its functions of rectification, prevention and development can be fully brought into play. |
