| 摘 要： | 青藏地区高校旅游英语教育中存在许多困扰培养旅游英语导游人才的因素，而这些因素的存在一直是影响培养合格英语导游人才的一大难题。本文将从青藏地区的文化、教材、教法、师资、基础设施、学生的认知因素等方面，结合青海高校旅游英语教育的现状，采用问卷访谈法，梳理出了青藏地区高校旅游英语教育中制约培养合格旅游英语导游人才的特殊性因素，进而提出了克服这些因素的对策。
