| 摘 要： | 本文通过对大学生这样一个特殊社会群体心理健康的分析,找出了目前影响大学生心理健康的各个主客观因素,提出了高校辅导员应掌握和加强大学生心理健康教育的内容和方法,积极寻找疏导途径,发挥好自身优势,使学生健康、全面地发展,未来更好地走向社会。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the psychological health of college students as a special social group, this paper finds out the various subjective and objective factors influencing college students＇ psychological health,and proposes the contents and methods university counselors should master to strengthen college students＇ psychological education,to actively seek guidance methods, and to give full scope to their advantages, so as to help students develop healthily, comprehensively and adapt the society better. |
