| 摘 要： | 当前中国社会的快速发展给高校辅导员的工作带来了巨大的挑战。微博等新媒体的出现使得辅导员在学生的工作管理中必须与时俱进,不断创新。高校辅导员当积极学习使用微博等新的工具,占领宣传工作的重要阵地,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作。
