摘    要:定向运动作为一项集智力和体力锻炼为一体的健康型体育活动,以其浓厚的娱乐性、强大的挑战性以及良好的健身效果等特点,深受体育爱好者和广大学生的青睐,具有较强的社会推广价值。将定向运动作为一种体育课程素材应用到实际的体育教学中,对增强学生体质、培养学生的体育兴趣等方面有着重大的理论意义与实践价值。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对定向运动应用于体育教学的相关问题进行了探讨,指出了困扰我国定向运动教学的若干制约因素,并在此基础上开发了相应的应对策略。

Abstract:As a healthy sport activity of incorporating doing exercises in intelligence and physical power into an organic whole, orienteering is good one build up body such characteristics as the result with its strong recreational, strong challenge, and win the favor from sports enthusiast and wide university student deeply, have stronger social value to popularize. Regarding orienteering as a kind of sports course material to apply to real sports teaching, have great theory meaning and practice value to such respects as student's physique, sports interest of training students. Through using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the related problem of orienteering applying into physical education, points out the restricting factors and develops the corresponding measurements.
