| Abstract: | In this paper, a new method for determination of cationic surfactant by arsenomolybdate -malachite green spectrophotometry is proposed. The experiments show that the method is good stability, precise and convenience to use and so on. The method has been applied to determination of trace arsenic in food with satisfactory results. |
