| 摘 要： | 处于人生发展和道德品质形成关键时期的未成年人，因受社会、道德转型深刻影响，道德观必然呈现出多元化。因此，做好社会转型期未成年人思想道德建设工作，就要发扬求真务实的精神，坚持教育贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近未成年人，进一步强化责任意识，充分发挥各自优势，形成学校、家庭、社会思想德育系统，共同创造良好条件，促进未成年人健康成长。

| Abstract: | The teenagers who are in the key pericd of the development of life and morality have pluralistic morality value because they are affected by society and morality transformation. Therefore, improving the morality work in the morality transformation period is to carry on the spirit of down-to-earth, to promote education closed to the teenagers, to strengthen responsibility conscicusness, and to build a good condition with schools, families and society for the tecnagers. |
