| 摘 要： | 垃圾电子邮件问题表明网络隐私权已受到严重侵害,强化对网络隐私权的保护已成为当务之急。借鉴国外立法经验并结合我国立法现状,针对网络隐私权的内容,提出相关的法律保护措施,将更有利于彰显网络隐私权的本质。

| Abstract: | The problem of rubbish E-mail shows that the right to privacy in cyberspace has seriously been damaged.To strengthen the legal protection of the right to privacy in cyberspace is an urgent and necessary task.This article introduces three parts of the content in the right to privacy and puts forward a legislation proposal for the legal protection system concerning the right to privacy in cyberspace by drawing on the experience of other countries and taking our present condition into account. |
