| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,介绍了高校体育竞赛管理的现状、高校体育竞赛的领导机制,包括体育竞赛的组织和管理机构,竞赛体制;高校体育竞赛的内部管理,对运动员与教练员的管理,同时提出了国内高校体育竞赛研究存在的不足与建议。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary and based on the analysis of status,it put forward the management system of leadership external competitive sports in colleges,including administrative organizations,competition systems,and internal management involving the management of students and coach.Finally,problems existing in domestic studies and suggestions for revising these problems in this paper. |
