| 摘 要： | 高等教育个人成本分担机制使国家助学贷款应运而生。作为新开辟的个人消费信贷领域，助学贷款在实施过程中并非一帆风顺。为此，分析了助学贷款操作中所暴露的一些问题，提出了相应的对策。
