| 摘 要： | 物流配送中心是物流系统的中心枢纽，在整个物流系统中起着承上启下的作用。物流配送中心的分布对现代物流活动有很大的影响，合理的选址能够使整个系统的费用最低，客户服务效果最好。文章从整个物流系统的角度出发，构建多级物流配送中。的选址模型，并配以实例说明Excel规划求解工具在模型求解中的应用。
