| 摘 要： | 通过对马来甜龙竹继代苗组织培养技术的初步研究,选择出马来甜龙竹再生体系的最佳MS培养基是MS+1.5mg/l6-BA+0.5mg/lKT,提出在贵州大力发展马来甜龙竹组培事业是实现绿地系统可持续发展的一种好途径。

| Abstract: | Study on the tissue culture technology of Dendrocalamus asper,the highest regeneration frequency has been obtained on MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 1.5mg/l and KT 0.5mg/l,Deueloping the tissue culture fast regeneration system of Dendrocalamus asper is an efficient way to the developing continually of green space system. |
