| 摘 要： | 数控加工具有加工精度高、效率高、质量稳定等特点,而合理掌握刀具补偿方法,灵活应用刀具半径补偿功能,合理设置刀具半径补偿值,是保证其精度高、质量稳定的重要因素。因此,编程操作人员必须熟练掌握数控机床加工中的各种刀具补偿的原理和方法。

| Abstract: | The process of digital control has characteristics of high accuracy,great efficiency,stable quality,etc.Grasping the methods of cutting tool compensation rationally,utilizing the radius compensation function flexibly and setting the data of radius compensation perfectly are the important factors to guarantee the high accuracy and stabled quality.Therefore,the operator must grasp the principle and methods in the process of digital control skillfully. |
