| 摘 要： | 本突破了传统的划分法律部门的法理观念，认为教育法已成为一个相对独立的法律部门，并论证了教育法由单一性的调整对象或调整方法向综合性的调整对象或调整方法转化的过程，阐述了教育法体系内部的横向构成和纵向构成两个方面，勾画出了知识经济时代的我国教育法律体系。
