| 摘 要： | 中锋在球队中的作用是全方位的，是全队的轴心，本文详细地阐述中锋队员在比赛中的作用，并提出了对英主要各种攻防技术、基本技术、心理素质、战术意识及全面素质等的培养方法，为培养优秀篮球中锋提供参考。
