| 摘 要： | 我国职业足球俱乐部实行股份制改革是一种现实的选择,有其必要性.本文运用文献资料法、调查法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国职业足球俱乐部股份制改革现状及存在的问题进行分析.虽然我国股份制足球俱乐部已经成形,但俱乐郜自身产权结构不合理及其运营的不规范性,将导致中超俱乐部产权继续不断变更,从而影响我国职业足球俱乐部的健康发展.因此,尽快建立产权结构多元化的股份制足球俱乐部成为必然.
