| 摘 要： | 重庆作为长江上游经济中心的建设已有十余年时间。对它的认识和深化不断地进行研究，需要有新的更加符合实际的着眼发展的分析概括与规划对策。我们今天充分认识这一研究具有相当的复杂性和迫切性。本文力求从新的视角进行新的分析和谋划，再认识新的发展格局下重庆构建长江上游经济中心，定位区域经济一体化的建中心区域合作方向选择，进一步提档升级重庆与周边区域合作发展中优势互补，有针对性地加快承接“长三角”产业转移，并与周边省区联手打造特色创新产业带。

| Abstract: | It has been over ten years since the constrcuction of Chongqing as the economic center on the upper reaches of Yangtze River. To have a better understanding and more extensive research, we need ancw strategy, consistent with current situation and future development. Realizing the complexity and urgency of the research, this paper aims to make a completely new analysis and planning from a different angle, reviewing the developing process in new situation, choosing the central economic region in the context of regional economic integration, promoting the complementary advantages of Chongqing and its periphery regions, accelerating the industry transfer of Chongqing as the inheriting ＂Yangtze Delta＂, and building a characterized creative industry zone with neighboring cities and provinces. |
