| 摘 要： | 作为一种武术项目,太极拳体现出中国人追求＂和谐＂的文化精髓。文章主要运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,分析了太极拳中所体现出来的和谐理念,如个人自身和谐、人际和谐以及人与自然和谐的文化因子,并从中寻找对我们当前和谐社会建设具有启发、借鉴意义的文化资源。研究发现太极拳作为中国传统武术文化的典型代表,蕴涵着丰富的有关个体自我和谐、人际和谐以及人与自然和谐的文化价值理念,它与社会主义和谐社会的和谐理念具有内在的一致性,因而使得太极拳服务于和谐社会建设具有了重要的文化支撑。
