| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献研究法和逻辑分析法对民族传统体育的现状进行分析,认为中国民族传统体育缺乏自主知识产权制度文化。为推进民族传统体育知识产权文化战略,文章认为建设自主知识产权文化是对民族传统体育非物质文化遗产的最好保护,并提出相应的营销策略。

| Abstract: | Through literature research and logical analysis,the paper does the analysis on the current conditions of Chinese traditional sports,and finds that Chinese national traditional sports are lack of independent intellectual property system.To promote the intellectual property rights cultural strategy,the study argues that it is the best protection to construct intellectual property rights of non-material cultural heritage of national traditional sports,and still make a few marketing strategies for that. |
