| 摘 要： | 学校体育伤害事故发生后为了维护学校和学生的权益,中日两国采取了不同的处理对策。国内更多的诉诸于双方协商和司法救济等手段处理事故纠纷。日本则广泛应用教育保险处理学校体育伤害事故,解决学生与学校的后顾之忧。教育保险成为日本解决体育伤害事故的有效途径。应借鉴国外处理学校体育伤害事故的先进经验和做法,扩大教育保险在我国学校体育伤害事故中所起的作用,逐步完善学校体育伤害事故的处理途径。
